About the presenters

Joy Xiang
Manager, Clinical Delivery
Joy is a paediatric Speech Pathologist who specialises in Autism. Joy also holds a Masters of Education (Applied Behaviour Analysis) from Monash University, and is an experienced clinician who supports children from diagnosis through to primary school. Joy has been part of the AEIOU team since 2015 and has worked as a Speech Pathologist, Program Manager, and a Program Coordination Team Lead. She now manages the clinical delivery of AEIOU's service.

Alexandra Gilmour
Senior Behaviour Analyst
Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Honours Psychology) from the Queensland University of Technology and a Master of Education (Applied Behaviour Analysis) from Monash University. Alexandra has worked in Early Intervention programs for 10 years and with AEIOU for over 7 years, as a Behaviour Therapist, Program Manager and now as a Senior Behaviour Analyst within the Program Coordinator team.
