Take a Hike!

The largest and most inspiring organised autism hike in Australia is returning to Townsville in 2015!

Take a Hike invites you to raise awareness for children with autism and help close the $10,000 funding gap AEIOU experiences for each child in the program every year.

All funds raised will be used to support children in AEIOU's Townsville Centre.

The Route

This year Take a Hike will look a little different to previous years. After the consideration of feedback from past hikers we are giving participants more choice with added event options.

The main differences include:

Event distances align to traditional running events;
Participants have the option to either run or walk; and
Participants have the option to compete as a relay.
