Yolanda has over 20 years' experience in the delivery of childcare/disability services both within Australia and internationally. Yolanda has been with AEIOU for over 5 years with her managerial experience at one of AEIOU's largest centres providing a great foundation for her role as Operations Manager. She holds multiple qualifications in Children Services and Teaching and has worked in a variety of childcare and special needs settings in Australia and New Zealand.
Yolanda ensures the smooth running of all operational matters across AEIOU centres including the program, staffing and issues management, with all Centre Managers reporting to her. She is committed to making a difference to children with autism and their families, and leads by example in embracing AEIOU's values.
