Lorna has been helping organisations to transform and innovate for more than 25 years. With a strong focus on enabling organisations to deliver better outcomes for clients, Lorna brings tools and techniques for unravelling complex challenges to ensure they can thrive in a dynamic environment.

Lorna has worked and studied across three continents in a diverse range of industries including government, global IT consulting, mining, infrastructure, and tertiary education.  Lorna’s interest and transition into allied health and early years education was triggered by her two children and she is now an enthusiastic supporter of getting great outcomes for young Australian children and their families. She holds a a Bachelor of Business (Organisational Communication) and a Master in Internal Business and she is passionate about helping people, teams, and organisations be the best versions of themselves.
