Amber Friebe
Head of People, Culture & Safety
Amber is a contemporary people leader with over fifteen years’ experience working in senior roles across people, culture and safety, predominantly in the higher education sector, at universities in both Queensland and South Australia. Amber holds a Bachelor of Management and a Bachelor of Arts, is PROSCI Change Management Certified and a facilitator and trainer in numerous personality and behavioural profiling tools.
As Head of People, Culture and Safety, Amber is responsible for leading strategic and operational people, culture, and safety initiatives for the AEIOU Foundation, across all aspects of the employee lifecycle with a focus on continuous improvement and best practice. Amber is committed to supporting the achievement of success, at both an individual and organisational level, through a focus on teamwork, diversity, culture and values.
