Laila Green, BBus (EcoFin), CPA, GAICD, joined the AEIOU Foundation Board as a Non-executive Director in 2024, bringing over 30 years of extensive experience to the AEIOU Board. Her expertise lies in financial management, corporate governance, business growth, and organisational leadership.

With a diverse background, Laila has held executive roles in ASX-listed companies, not-for-profit organisations, private enterprises, and multinational matrix structures. She has worked across various industries, including mining, manufacturing, franchising, digital media, publishing, distribution, and direct marketing. Laila's executive experience also includes serving as an Executive Board Director and Company Secretary.

Throughout her career, Laila has demonstrated a strong track record in setting and executing strategic objectives, prioritising risk management, and delivering tangible results in dynamic and challenging environments. She is committed to leveraging her expertise to drive financial strategies and uphold the highest standards of corporate governance as a valuable member of the AEIOU Board of Directors.
