Meet our AEIOU Brighton Service Manager

Leigh Laidler

Having recently moved from South Africa, Leigh oversees the daily operations of our Brighton centre as Service Manager. Leigh has over 10 years of experience in the early childhood sector and is a mother of two young children. She prides herself on being at the forefront of current childcare practices and her understanding of working with diverse families. Leigh's approach ensures that all caregivers feel heard, supported and guided through the most important years of their children’s lives.

“As a parent myself, I am a strong advocate for the need for children to be supported in a loving, engaging and empathetic learning environment. The multi-talented team at AEIOU Brighton creates this exact environment, and more.”

Alongside team management, part of Leigh's role as Service Manager is to keep abreast of relevant legislations and regulations relating to both children’s education and care as well as the NDIS.

Should you have any questions, require further information or would like a centre tour, please contact Leigh on (08) 8306 4900 or email brighton@aeiou.org.au
