Family Workshops
Our AEIOU Parent Workshop Series is designed for parents and caregivers of children enrolled in the AEIOU program, or waitlisted. It provides families with the evidence behind our program, as well as practical tips and strategies to use at home, and in the community. The workshop topics address the most common issues or areas of interest our families raise.
Topics include:
- Social skills
- Transitioning to school
- Toileting
- Behaviour
- Mealtimes
- Play
- Independence
- Communication

NDIS Workshops
With a dedicated NDIS Support Coordinator, AEIOU also provide details on how the NDIS will fund early intervention for children with autism. Some of these events may be directed to AEIOU parents and caregivers, helping them navigate the Scheme, whilst others will benefit the community.
