Lynn’s Lunch: a celebration of ‘the best things in life’ with Alex Perry and Charlotte Dawson

Hundreds of Brisbane women will celebrate the best things in life at an inspirational event on Thursday, 12 July when Alex Perry, Charlotte Dawson and Sofie Formica join AEIOU Foundation at Lynn’s Lunch at Victoria Park Complex from 11:30am.  The trio will share rare and personal insights into some of the greatest triumphs and adversities in their lives, sharing the moments that helped shape their life philosophy.

Hosted by Emily-Jade O’Keeffe, Lynn’s Lunch is now in its seventh year and raises funds for the Lynn Wright Memorial Fund.  Guests will enjoy sparkling wine on arrival and two sumptuous courses, along with a sprinkling of style when the fashion-forward panel share's new season trends and key styling tips for Spring.

Lynn Wright Memorial Fund Chairwoman Louise Morton said the afternoon would be punctuated with heartfelt stories from the panellists’ own lives, and the greatest gifts we experience. The panel will also include stories from other inspirational members from our AEIOU Community, and it’s these personal stories which will set the lunch apart, making it one of this year’s most sought after events.

“Along with our Ambassador Alex Perry, we are delighted to welcome Charlotte Dawson back to Brisbane to support the work we do at AEIOU and through the Lynn Wright Memorial Fund,” Mrs Morton said.

“We are also very much looking forward to welcoming Paul Betros, whose son Charlie attends our Nathan centre, to share his own extraordinary story of hope and inspiration.”

Featuring the perfect mix of style, grace and relaxed entertainment, Lynn’s Lunch will also provide guests with a chance to win beautiful prizes, including a coveted piece by Anthonys Fine Jewellery.

Tickets are $125 each. Bookings are available at www.aeiou.org.au. For those unable to attend the event, donations can be made online at aeiou.org.au.

All funds raised at the event will be donated to the Lynn Wright Memorial Fund to provide scholarships and financial support for the families that would not otherwise have the opportunity to attend AEIOU Foundation’s program.

AEIOU Foundation is a Queensland-based not-for-profit organisation and one of Australia’s largest providers of early intervention for children diagnosed with autism aged two and a half to five years.
